What we collect
When you send a request
The request form is not open yet. Until it is, this site does not collect names, email addresses or other contact details.
When you browse
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
This site does not use analytics or advertising tools, and it does not set cookies of its own.
The inspection checker and the failed inspection navigator run in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored.
How we use it
- To read and answer your request.
- If you ticked the referral box, to share your request with licensed contractors so they can contact you about quotes.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run the site for us: Cloudflare (hosting, security, spam protection) and our email delivery provider, which carries your request to our inbox.
- Contractors, only if you ticked the referral box. You can withdraw that permission at any time.
- Authorities, only if the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for as long as we need it to answer you and handle any follow-up you agreed to, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights in California
You can ask to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw referral permission at any time. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.
A contact address for privacy requests will be published here before this site collects any personal information.
Children
This site is for property owners and is not directed to children under 16.
